On July 03,2021 @ 1:59pm (CST) a church donated $225.50 to my old Cashapp address in error & Cashapp refused to refund the funds to them so they asked me to contact Cashapp per Cashapp request. When I contacted Cashapp by submitting the initial email from the church and requested help in retrieving the funds from the old/inactive account in which I have not used in years, to transfer the funds to the new account in which I have used for years, they have passed me around for 2 weeks with different reps telling me that they can not help me. Meanwhile, my funds have not been received and I am not getting help nor I am I getting a call from a supervisor which I have been requesting. How do I get the matter resolved without contacting the authorities for theft on Cashapp end???
