Hello All,

I am trying to access my CashApp account from my mobile phone.  After your company sends the access link through my mobile phone, I receive the message “please wait…” and nothing happens after that.  I DO NOT want to delete my current CashApp account and set up a new one because there are funds in my account.  Can someone please assist with this issue?
